PhillyBill Culp is a true Philadelphian, born and raised in the Juniata Park section of the city.
At the age of 5, “Little Billy” was dropping 45s on an RCA record player for the teen dances at Piccoli Playground, where his dad was the manager. He even got to speak on the PA microphone, a mic which he still has today. He has never stopped playing OUR music since!
